about New Way

Our journey

Established in 2014 to provide client-side engineering support, our client base and our in-house team have developed to suit the services we now offer.

We continue to provide an Engineering Project Management service across multiple estates. We are also regularly appointed in quality inspector roles (Independent Certifier / Clerk of Works / NEC Project Supervisor). Additionally we bring commercial expertise to our clients to make projects happen. We are often involved from project feasibility studies and decarbonisation plans, to producing Scope documents, initial business cases and tender packs, and offer contract management & administration up until the end of the defects liability period.

We always offer an engineering perspective and tend to provide a more rounded consideration to the decision making ability of our clients.

We have built a technically and commercially astute team, progressive in attitude and  respectful of the environment, people, contracts, and systems we work with.

We continue to provide a hands-on approach at our clients' estates to allow us to 'get  jobs over the line' where complex M&E services are involved.

Who are New Way

New Way is a team of Building Services Engineers offering a fresh approach to Project Management and Engineering to support Capital and Maintenance teams. We work directly with tier 1 clients to provide an engineering focus at the top table. We add value to decision making by focussing on M&E services and infrastructure. We ensure a project’s aspirations are clear, yet any compromises are measured and appropriate. We recognise that time, effort, collaboration, and engineering judgement, are all essential ingredients to good decision making. Our unique approach is highly valued by our clients.

Our work includes:

  • Project management (M&E replacement / upgrades)
  • NEC Project Supervisor
  • NEC Project Manager
  • Clerk of Works
  • Independent Certification
  • Carbon Reduction schemes
  • Heat Decarbonisation Plans
  • M&E Surveying / Drawings

We are well qualified and experienced in the field of M&E. We are progressive in our methods of working. We respect the contractors and clients we work with and enjoy their mutual respect. We prioritise quality and judge our success on repeat business. We emphasize the importance of the human touch. Our clients appreciate our experience and our eye for detail. We are often engaged to verify quality through onsite monitoring and witnessing of M&E systems.

Diversity and inclusion are an inherent part of our culture. We strive to continually lead through values and beliefs that enable our staff to develop their potential, express themselves in the workplace, and engage in an environment where they feel welcome and valued.

Our Values

Progressive | Credible | Respectful

Our values underpin everything we do.

As engineers we want to make stuff work better by making stuff happen. Our values remain at the forefront of our minds to allow us to deliver projects successfully. We are progressive in the modern way we work, in our attitude to change, and in our desire to build a more sustainable future of energy use in buildings. We are credible in our expertise of our industry, in our support for training and developing our staff, and in our ability to deliver our promises. We are respectful to the people we work with, whether they are clients, contractors or colleagues. And we respect the environment we impact by the projects we deliver to save energy.
